I am a practicing Prosthodontist at Gurugram and run a decent practice over there. However, I have been looking to expand my skillset and encompass a little more knowledge about full mouth rehabilitation.
When I decided to pursue a course on the subject, I wanted to choose an institute which can give me a practical yet comprehensive idea about the same. Textual knowledge is something I have, but I wanted from the program was to learn from the experience of others and some new, authentic, evidence-based approach into treating these cases. I am glad I chose Dr. Rajat Sachdeva’s dental institute as this academy aims just at that and much more. As Dr. Rajat aptly put once during the lectures that everyone learns from their mistakes but only the special ones learn from other’s mistakes as well.
As a part of this course, we were given many demonstrations on the subject as well as some interesting case discussions were made. The entire team including the mentors and participants were given ample time to interact with each other academically. It definitely taught me the importance of maintaining an active professional network where we can discuss our doubts, cases and queries.
As I resumed my practice post-course, I have realized that my approach is treating cases has completely changed and I was forced to look into adequate infrastructure and the quality of the treatment I have been providing to my patients. This course has definitely been a refreshing experience and I am also planning to enroll for micro endodontics course soon.
