I have passed out my BDS in 2005 and to be very honest, I didn’t have the opportunity to work on a molar for RCT during my internship. Hence, RCT has always been a nightmare for me when I started my practice. As I post-graduated in Orthodontics, I never got an opportunity to learn RCT and I limited my endodontic practice to anterior RCTs and totally dependent on consultants for posteriors.
Since RCT is the bread & butter of our practice I was encouraged to learn & do it by myself. This course was recommended to me by my friend and I was truly mesmerized by the way it was organized and conducted. Dr. Rajat Sachdeva is a well-known face in dentistry and it was great to learn from his experience.
The entire course was a comprehensive one and every small detail of RCT was covered right from taking the preoperative radiographs to permanent closure of access cavities. The retreatment using rotary was also dealt in detail and I particularly felt change in my perspective of looking at such cases. Dr. Rajat has a unique way of teaching wherein he shares his knowledge by his own experiences and his clinical acumen is commendable. We were introduced to different techniques and material systems which helped us understand the rationale for same and use it in different cases.
Once I returned to my practice at Panchkula after attending this course, the improvement I saw in myself was great and encouraging. I am doing at least 2-3 RCTs in my clinic every day and have not encountered a single failure. The joy of treating patients with 100% confidence and great results is unmatched. I would highly recommend this course to every beginner in RCT and wants to upskill their endodontic skills.
